A virtual community for families and professionals who support children with special needs. This website includes “neigbourhoods” with resources on Learning Together, Supported Inclusion, Skills for Success and Starting School. The online resources include Parent Tips, Kids Pages and a Visual Engine to create personal schedules and visual reminders.
